This documentary traces the paths taken by the not-so-conventional bodybuilder of the world, Louis Theroux. He travelled to California to try his luck at joining the esteemed group of extreme body builders, but after working out with a leading amateur, Guy grundy, he realized that he is not made for this game and tries to find a new role in the bodybuilding world. He travels to Charles Peeple’s farm in Connecticut, only to find that the farm has been converted into a playboy mansion for female body builders. Nevertheless, Theroux gets to play a part in the film made on female bodybuilders in the farm.
