Here's the general strategy if you want to challenge Legendary Flame Dragon Master.
Megalodran (34)
Siegfried the Blue Champion (32)
Icedragon Plesios (17)
Echidna (47)
Siren (24)
Undine (30)
HP 5173
Rcu 1168
Water 2125
Fire 432
Passive Strategy:
Megalodran - 50% Fire/Water Damage Reduction; Boss hits 6660 per 3turns, Echidna each hits 2520.
Undine - 2x All Water Monsters; Boosts HP
Siren + Echidna - Boosts Recovery
Active Strategy:
Megalodran + Siegfried - Fire to Hearts, Hearts to Water
Siren - Backup in case of no Hearts
Echidna - Backup by delaying 3 turns on enemies
Undine - Last resort by avoiding 3 turns of any damage from Fire enemies. Or can be used with Water Attack Stance.
